Inventory

Les Lingerie de Paris' inventory is updated on a regular basis.  However, some items may not be in the current inventory.  If this occurs, notification will be e-mailed with detailed expected delivery dates.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of all orders indicating that your order has been completed and shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

No credit card refunds will be issued.  However, exchanges are acceptable if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.  Items purchased between November 10^th and December 24^th may be exchanged when the returned item is received at Les Lingerie de Paris, Inc., by January 10^th.  Freight charges on shipping the exchanged item will be prepaid.

 

Immediately upon receipt, carefully inspect the item for an acceptable fit, being cautious with body creams, perfumes, etc.  Soiled or damaged items cannot be exchanged.

 

If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

 

Method of Payment

American Express, Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at Les Lingerie de Paris prior to shipping shall result in a "no charge."

Shipping Methods and Rates

All orders are shipped via UPS in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.   UPS will not deliver to Post Office Box numbers; therefore, street addresses, cities, and zip code information is necessary.

 

All items are priced FOB Canton, Georgia, USA freight collect.  Rates are determined automatically online when orders are entered.  Merchandise will be shipped via ground service except international where air freight will be utilized.

 

When the merchandise has been shipped, an e-mail confirmation will be transmitted with the necessary tracking information.
